Psychology Overview
"Every time I think back on Agnes Scott, I feel blessed to have been able to experience how a liberal arts, all women college is in the United States. If I would recommend Agnes Scott to a friend I would say the following: First of all, go for a year, because 5 months was not enough for me. Second, you are going to love the feeling of walking on campus, going to stimulating classes, being greeted kindly by the teachers, studying every day in the library, writing essays, volunteering, and eating the awesome cafetaria food. I really enjoyed my time there" Adaline Rasmijn, an ISEP Exchange Student from Tilburg University

ISEP Coordinator Jennifer Lund

Jennifer Lund is the Director of the Office of International Education (OIE). She grew up in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and received a Bachelor’s degree in anthropology and a Ph.D. in cross-cultural counseling.  She received two Fulbright awards for international educators; one for Korea and one for Germany.

Her first flight was at the age of 18 for a seven week service program in the highlands of Ethiopia.  In her senior year of university, she participated in a National Geographic expedition to map and excavate Mayan ruins in the Yucatan, Mexico.  One of her most exciting trips was crewing on a nine meter sailboat from Halifax, Nova Scotia to Iceland.  She is an adventurer at heart, but manages to come to the office.  She loves the ISEP exchange students and the rest of the students at beautiful, green Agnes Scott College.  Dr. Lund loves making students and staff laugh and her door is always open. Past exchange students have often called her their US mother away from home. Outside of work, she loves to sail and do yoga.
