About Delaware >>
Country Handbook >>
Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution. Its capital, Dover, is near the shore and only a few hours drive from some of America’s other historical cities such as Washington, DC and Philadelphia. Only about an hour drive from border to border Delaware may be one of the easiest states to navigate. Each of its three regions is a short trip from each other but unique and distinct to appeal to all types of individuals. Whether visiting Delaware’s most charming towns or its pristine Oceanside getaways ISEP students will be treated to a wide range of attractions.

As a state with many identities, Delaware is known as a four-season destination. Take in the lush colors of Fall or celebrate the Fourth of July with a barbeque and fireworks. Throughout the year Delaware also hosts a variety of festivals and fairs including the Riverfest, Rehoboth Beach Festival, and the Sea Witch Halloween Festival. What’s more, with tax free shopping, Delaware is as affordable an option for students as ISEP.

Wesley College is a great choice for those looking for an experience where students are urged to be involved with campus life and their professors. With a 17:1 student to faculty rate, ISEP students are sure to get the attention and they deserve in the classroom.
