ISEP Health Insurance

Questions regarding purchase, enrollment, or cancellation should be addressed to ISEP.

Questions regarding benefits, coverage, and claims should be addressed to the insurance administrator, IEES. Questions regarding assistance services such as medical evacuation, repatriation, and medical referrals outside the USA should be addressed to MEDEX.


Health Insurance Costs


For Beginning dates on or after July 1, 2007

Participant only: US$53 per month
Participant and Spouse: US$177 per month
Participant and Children: US$117 per month
Participant, Spouse, and Children: US$252 per month
Medical Evacuation & Repatriation (participants only):US$7 per month

Coverage must be purchased in one-month increments and may begin on either the 1st or 15th day of the month.  The full cost of the insurance will be charged to your credit card at the time of enrollment.   You will need to pay your insurance premium online with a credit card as part of the enrollment process. ISEP accepts VISA, Mastercard, Cart Blanche, and Diner's Club credit cards.

If you are unable to pay online, please contact your home ISEP coordinator and request an ISEP student health insurance enrollment form. You will need to either fax or mail this form with payment to ISEP.

REFUNDS

If you withdraw from ISEP after enrolling in the insurance program or if you shorten the duration of your stay outside your home country, you may request a refund of your insurance premium. Refunds of unused insurance will be refunded less one month's administrative fee.

Email sgross@isep.org to request a refund. Your request must be received at least two weeks before the date you wish to end your insurance coverage. ISEP cannot be held responsible for your failure to request a timely refund. Refunds cannot be made retroactively.
