Fall & Full Year 2016-17 Anticipated Exchange Openings in the USA

Purpose of List:

The following is a list of Anticipated Openings in the U.S. for the upcoming February application round for Fall and Full Year placements for the Academic Year of 2016-17. The institutions are sorted into categories based on the chance of placement at that institution.Criteria for the categories include actual amount of space at the institution and the typical number of international students that request it. Please note that there may be more or fewer actual openings once the applications have been submitted.

ISEP tries to place as many students as possible in one of their top choice schools, so students should give serious consideration to the chances of placement at their top requests. Please do not apply for sites listed as "Closed".

For more information about site availability, please refer to our Chances of Placement Guidelines .

Most Competitive Sites:

Institutions marked as Most Competitive are usually in high demand and have limited openings. Students may apply to only ONE Most Competitive site and it must be listed as the first choice on their application. Students who do not want a Most Competitive site as their first choice should not list a Most Competitive site anywhere on their Host Site Request List. Students must submit their application to ISEP by the priority deadline of February 15 in order to be considered for a Most Competitive site.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students should only apply to Most Competitive sites that are currently open for applications.

The following sites are Most Competitive because of the high number of international students that request them compared with the limited number of available openings.
