Situated on 2,300 acres of land, with many trees and rolling hills, the University of Hyderabad is one of India’s most attractive and best-equipped campuses. Comprising eight schools (Chemistry; Humanities; Life Sciences; Management Studies; Mathematics and Computer Information Sciences; Performing Arts, Fine Arts, and Communication; Physics; and Social Sciences), UofH has approximately 2,000 students. U of H is one of India’s youngest universities, founded in 1974. All instruction is in English. Most students at U of H are from India, but the university has a growing international student population.
