ISEP 2012 Symposium – Online Registration
Online registration for the ISEP 2012 Symposium is now closed.
To expedite the registration process, please print and complete the registration form and submit it to Tiffany Jefferson at ISEP Central. Please be sure to indicate your registration payment method with your completed registration form. We are accepting credit card and check payments.
ISEP 2012 Symposium Check-In
Participants may pick up their name badge and registration materials at the Aula Foyer registration area beginning at 8:30 am on Monday, April 16, at the Graz University of Technology.
Registration Fees and DeadlinesOn-site Registration Fee ($350)

The registration fees includes a plenary session with a keynote speaker, roundtable discussions, a welcome reception at Graz City Hall, networking opportunities, all coffee breaks, lunches and Symposium materials.

Payment InformationFull payment must be in U.S. currency. Checks, bank drafts or international money orders must be payable to ISEP. Submit payment with a copy of your registration form to:

ISEP welcomes wire transfers as a form of payment. Participant is responsible for all associated bank fees related to wire transactions. Please email Samantha Gross regarding wire transfer instructions.
Cancellation Policy and RefundsCancellation of Symposium registrations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received no later than
March 1, 2012. Cancellation requests received by March 1 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for cancellation requests received after March 1 to cover the cost of meal commitments.
Cancellation requests may be emailed to Tiffany Jefferson.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from your conference registration refund check or credit. Credit card refunds will be processed within one business day of receiving the cancellation notice. Check or wire transfer refunds will be processed within four weeks of receiving the cancellation notice.
