In January 2010, President Mary Anne Grant announced a new cycle for ISEP conferences and symposia, which will alternate events between the United States and other countries, and between conferences and symposia. This cycle is in response to member requests to meet on an annual basis and to hold events in various locations throughout the ISEP Network.

2012 - ISEP Symposium - outside USA
2013 - ISEP Conference - USA
2014 - ISEP Symposium - outside USA
2015 - ISEP Symposium - USA
2016 - ISEP Conference - outside USA

The first event in the cycle is the 2011 ISEP Symposium, to be held in conjunction with the Association of International Education Administrators (AIEA) Conference in San Francisco, California. Leaders and staff from both organizations are working closely to ensure engaging topics of interest to both memberships, with the goal of increasing connections with ISEP Coordinators and senior administrators on ISEP member campuses. Program information will be posted soon.

Hotel Accommodation

Room rates are $219 (single/double) and are subject to the prevailing taxes (currently 14.08% and subject to change without notice). Room rates valid February 22-24, 2011 and are valid on a space-available basis three days before and three days after these dates for participants who plan to stay additional days. Reservations must be received at the hotel by January 24, 2011. Reservation instructions will be available in Fall 2010.
