The New Coordinator Workshop is an essential event for coordinators, advisors, and new members who have joined ISEP in the last year. ISEP Staff and experienced member university Coordinators will guide participants through the basics of our programs and procedures, and explore ways in which we can work together to enhance students’ chances of placement and help them make the most of their ISEP experience. We look forward to welcoming you!
Registration
Participants are asked to register online by Friday, October 14th. The $195 registration fee includes workshop materials, 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches and coffee breaks.
Payment
ISEP accepts checks, credit card, bank drafts, international money orders or wire transfers.

New Coordinator Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of New Coordinators Workshop registrations and requests for refunds must be made in writing.
Cancellation requests received by October 14 will be assessed a $25 processing cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests received after October 14 will be assessed a $150 cancellation fee to cover the cost of meal commitments. Cancellation requests may be faxed to 1-703-243-8070 or e-mailed to Samantha Gross.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from your reimbursement. If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued. Refunds will be processed after the New Coordinators Workshop.
Hotel Accommodations
ISEP has a room block at the Key Bridge Marriott Hotel at the rate of $189 per night plus taxes (single/double occupancy). Room block dates are for October 26-27, 2011.
Roommate Option: Due to this year’s hotel room rate, ISEP has requested some rooms within the hotel block for those that are interested in sharing rooms. If you are interested in sharing a room, please email your request to Tiffany Jefferson. Once requests are received, ISEP will immediately provide the list to those that express interest. It will be the responsibility of the coordinators to connect with someone on the list and proceed with making your hotel room reservations.
Reservations may be made online or by calling 1.506.474.2009 or 1.800.266.9432. Reservation deadline is Friday, October 14, 2011.
