ISEP Biennial Conference 2008
Student Volunteers
ISEP is seeking 6-8 student volunteers to help with various tasks during the 2008 Biennial Conference. Tasks would include
- assisting at the registration desk and information table
- serving as room monitors during the sessions (passing around a sign-in sheet, knowing how to work the LCD projector, adjusting the temperature in the rooms, etc.)
- helping set up/take down displays at member fairs
- miscellaneous tasks that arise.
ISEP will endeavor to assign student volunteers to sessions that would be of most interest to them and provide the learning and networking opportunities they seek.
In exchange for 5 hours of volunteer time per day, ISEP will provide one meal event as indicated below and allow student volunteers to attend the other conference sessions, fairs and plenaries.
Wednesday, November 19 – 12:00-5:00 (lunch)
Thursday, November 20 - 8:00-1:00 or 12:00-5:00 (opening reception at Embassy)
Friday, November 21 - 8:00-1:00 or 12:00-5:00 (lunch)
Saturday, November 23 - 8:00-1:00 or 12:00-5:00 (lunch)
