Conference Registration Fees, Online Registration and Cancellation/Refund Policies
The ISEP Conference offers a chance for professional development, international dialogue, and networking opportunities with colleagues from around the world.
Online registration is now open!
The Full Conference Registration Fee includes 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 receptions, coffee breaks as well as all plenaries, program sessions and the Regional Fairs. The Friday Single Day registration fee includes all meals and events scheduled for that date as well as Thursday’s reception. The Saturday Single Day registration fee includes all meals and events scheduled for that date; it does not include the Friday reception.
Full Guest Registration Fee includes the Thursday and Friday receptions only. Single Event Guest Registration fee options are also available.
The Pre-Conference Coordinators Workshop fee includes a light continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.
An optional bus tour "Washington After Dark" is available to conference participants and guests on Friday Night, November 21. A minimum of 30 people are needed to confirm this tour.
Registration Fees
Early-bird registration rates apply if the online registration form is completed and payment is received by October 31, 2008. Only one day may be selected for the Single-Day rate. Any hotel room expenses should be paid directly to the Washington Plaza Hotel.
Note: There is no discount for multiple registrants from the same institution. Instead, the Conference Fee has been kept as low as possible for all.

Registration Deadlines
Early-bird registration rates apply if the online registration form is completed AND payment is received at ISEP Central by October 31, 2008. Registration forms and payments received after this date will be assessed at a higher rate.
Registration Instructions
Please complete an online registration form for each participant and guest. As a service to members, ISEP has established an account with Thriva, an online event manager, so that participants may register online. It provides the option of paying online with a credit card in addition to traditional payments of check, bank draft, or international money order.

Once you have completed your online registration, you may view your account, make additional payments, etc. by accessing Thriva’s Online Customer Account screen.
Payment
Full payment must be in U.S. currency. Credit card payments are processed online through Thriva. Checks, bank drafts, or international money orders must be payable to “ISEP.” If paying for multiple registrants from the same institution, please include the names of all registrants with the payment. Registration Confirmation
E-mail registration confirmations will automatically be sent once payment has been received. Please bring the receipt with you to the conference. A final payment receipt will be included with your registration materials when you arrive on site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of conference registrations and requests for refunds must be made in writing and received no later than November 7, 2008. Cancellation requests received by November 7 will be assessed a $50 processing cancellation fee; cancellations requests received after November 7 will be assessed a $300 cancellation fee to cover the cost of meal commitments. Cancellation requests may be faxed to 1 (202) 667-7801 or e-mailed to cwelcher@isep.org.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from your conference registration refund check or credit. Refunds, if appropriate, will be processed four to six weeks after the conference. If payment is made by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card account; otherwise, a refund check will be issued. ISEP staff will do their utmost to make sure refunds are processed in a timely manner.
