Legal and financial responsibility for ISEP is vested in the ISEP Board of Directors, which has general policy making functions with regard to the organization's finances and activities. The Board appoints the President/Executive Director and approves new program development and changes in programs in keeping with ISEP's mission, plans and financial resources. In exercising these functions, the Board takes into account the views and needs of the membership as articulated by the Council of Advisors. The Board meets at least twice annually.
