Your Easy Steps to Student Airfare!

1. Book your flight. Contact the STA Travel International Programs Department directly via phone at (866) 557-8529 or email isep@statravel.com  or fill out a blank request form at www.statravel.com/requestform.htm
   Remember to say your program is "ISEP" to receive your discounted student rates!
2. Receive your itinerary. Wait for STA Travel to email your itinerary to you within 48 hours. If you do not have email, you can also receive your itinerary via fax.
3. Review your itinerary. Check to make sure your name, dates and times of travel and any other pertinent information is correct. If incorrect, contact an STA Travel representative at the number listed above.
4. Purchase. Contact STA Travel to confirm and purchase your tickets. Make sure you confirm before the ticketing deadline (printed above the ticket rules and restrictions on your itinerary). STA Travel accepts payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit card (displaying a Visa or MasterCard logo) or by check.
5. Receive your ticket. STA Travel will issue and send your ticket to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to departure. All tickets are mailed with a secure tracking number via Airborne Express.
