ISEP remembers Board Vice Chairman Tony Adams

It is with great sadness that ISEP shares the news of the death of our colleague Tony Adams, ISEP Board Vice Chairman and good friend. After a brief battle with cancer, Tony passed away May 12, 2011, in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia.

Tony was a pioneer of international education in Australia and has been a vibrant leader in advancing international education and promoting student mobility around the world for over twenty years. A mentor and role model to many, Tony was an energetic and creative colleague who was never daunted by a challenge. The footprint he has left on ISEP and international education in general is significant and will continue to positively impact the field for decades to come.

Tony will be sorely missed, not only for his dedicated work, but for his good cheer and support over the years. Our thoughts are with his family and his many close friends.
